What we built
Fair recognition, run in minutes and scored automatically.
Admins create a voting session with dates and weighted criteria such as leadership, punctuality and innovation, then invite members by email with a unique link and see who has joined. Members rate colleagues on each criterion from 1 to 5 in a mobile-friendly web app. When voting closes, Votely weights the scores and shows the top performer, category champions, participation and who hasn't voted, with exportable reports and role-based access for admins and members.

One switch moves an award between people and teams, with progress shown against each cycle's deadline.
